Pulsed MIG welding method enables joining of thin metal plates using heavier welding wire (than normal MIG), welding in all positions, excellent welding quality, spatter free welding and minimal workpiece distortion, due to the limited heat input.

This welding method present significant advantages for aluminium and stainless steel welding.

Pulsed welding uses principle when pulsed voltage of certain frequency (adjustable) is superimposed to the base voltage from the welding rectifier.

This causes metal transfer in fine drops detaching from welding wire top (spray arc), also when using greater wire diameters at low currents.

MIG-PULSE is constant voltage (CV), thyristor controlled welding rectifier of newest generation.

It is easy to adjust, reliable and robust welding machine with very good welding properties and excellent price/power ratio.

The machine is dedicated for Pulsed MIG and classic MIG/MAG welding with very good dynamic properties.
